The training sessions were a huge success. An eye-opener for me was to see how everyone related to the case studies as they really did hit quite close to home for a lot of the staff.  The fact that the role plays were then broken up and we were able to see insights into each character was very clever and I received the most insight here.  The course although had some theory and frameworks, this was not the central element, and this is what I think shone.  Please pass on my thanks to everyone involved!
