Facilitation Skills Participants
This workshop explores the two key requirements for success:
1. Facilitation techniques that will foster positive attitude and contributions from attendees, to steer groups successfully towards an outcome.
2. Raised self-awareness, experience, skills and knowledge as a facilitator
This program is highly interactive. Participants receive individual coaching and structured feedback from their fellow participants and an experienced BE facilitator. Skills and techniques provided in the workshop will help to increase knowledge, self-awareness and confidence to facilitate various types of interactions.
