This program enables leaders to practice having a Performance Review Conversation in a team environment, building capability and confidence to apply the learning to their own scenarios.
The program takes the form of a ‘masterclass practice session’. Participants bring their individual scenarios to the workshop and work in small groups with the facilitator to practice the conversation, receive feedback and coaching, building confidence and capability to frame and deliver high quality performance related conversations.
