To lead change it is imperative to equip People Leaders with the knowledge and skills in adaptive leadership. This involves presenting the case for change, communicating a new vision of how we work, and overcoming resistance by teams and individuals to effectively embed disciplines and create sustainable behavioural change.
The program uses Clays Jansen’s Four Rooms of Change as the underlying theory. This provides a framework for understanding the mindset of people and groups as they respond to change. By understanding each phase of response to change, leaders can better guide people through the change process. We aim to lift the ability for leaders to identify, map and set goals to manage change resistance towards a pragmatic approach to change.
